This was a very engaging article! I do have a couple of questions -

Is a contrarian POV important, or just having a POV important? Example - A POV that also informs your product strategy. I feel it's the latter. The unique POV that differentiates the solution in the market.

Also, if you recommend the contrarian POV approach, how often do you recommend changing/adding new POVs?

Here is a mental model that I prefer...

If someone else's POV is generic and salesy, I may not even give my attention. But if someone's POV is unique and unheard of .. because mostly unique and "unheard of" POV is difficult to have.. what works is having a contrarian POV.

And we need to keep changing or evolving POV as per changing market dynamics and target audience awareness and understanding.

POV on AI for writing emails and social content was cool couple of years ago... But now it's generic... Now the POV is how to stand out (using AI itself) among abundance of AI generated content already out there.
